Mr. Dominick Chirichella’s professional background includes more than 30 years of energy trading experience. He has started and operated several highly successful domestic and international trading companies. He served on the CME NYMEX advisory board and helped start and trade the very first heating oil contract on the CME NYMEX. He has traded every type of energy contract including crude, natural gas, power and oil products. Richard Weissman
Mr. Richard Weissman is one of the world’s foremost authorities and thought leaders in the field of trader psychology. Mr. Weissman has provided training and consultation services to traders and risk managers at financial services firms, investment banks, hedge funds and energy companies for over sixteen years. He has been the featured speaker at leading industry-wide conferences throughout the world on topics including technical analysis, derivatives, risk management, trading system development, implementation of hedging strategies and trader psychology.

In addition, Mr. Weissman has over twenty years experience as a derivatives trader. His trading career began as the President of R. Lloyd Associates (former members of the New York Futures Exchange), where he focused on the development and implementation of mechanical trading systems that were applicable to all trading vehicles and timeframes.

Since the 1990’s, Mr. Weissman has provided cutting-edge educational solutions in the form of corporate training seminars as well as private trading consultation services to a diverse array of traders throughout the derivatives industry.

In 2005, John Wiley & Sons published Mr. Weissman’s book, Mechanical Trading Systems: Pairing Trader Psychology with Technical Analysis.

Technical Analyst magazine reviewed this manuscript writing, “The book is highly recommended for almost anyone involved in trading, forecasting, or studying the markets.”

In October 2011, John Wiley & Sons published Mr. Weissman’s second book Trade Like a Casino: Find Your Edge, Manage Risk and Win Like the House. In 2012 his new book received the high honour of being the Technical Analyst 2012 Book of the Year Award Finalist. This book is praised as engaging and informative, a reliable guide that identifies and explains the key techniques and mental processes characteristic of successful traders.

J. Scott Susich
Prior to co-founding the Energy Management Institute, Mr. J. Scott Susich ran the award-winning OPIS Energy Group providing market intelligence and price benchmarking services to the downstream sector. Mr. Susich’s highlights include tactical experience in the physical and paper marketplace as well as positions on the strategic side of the industry. In the mid-1980’s, Mr. Susich operated Interstate Petroleum Service, Inc.; a Midwest refined product brokerage serving commercial and wholesale customers. He also served as a Marketing Specialist for the refining division of Farmland Industries, Inc. In the 90’s, Susich rose to the level of Vice President at publicly traded market information provider Computer Petroleum Corporation. While there, he designed and managed the development of the company’s first commercial software products.

Mr. Susich serves as an expert speaker for numerous industry events and trade associations including: Biodiesel Board conference, BBI Ethanol Workshop, DOE DESC World Energy Conf. Fleet Fueling, NYMEX, NATSO, ATA, AAA, Dairy Distribution, EyeforEnergy eCommerce, OPIS Supply Summit, and CIOMA.

He has also been featured in the USA Today, New York Times, Journal of Commerce, CNN, NBC, CBS, and ABC news as a source of oil market commentary and is a frequent editorial contributor to petroleum trade magazines.
